If you wish to exchange product(s), we are more than happy to assist you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product.
To start your exchange, feel free to visit our Returns Portal by clicking here.
Simply enter your order number and select the specific item(s) and quantities you are returning. Then, select the item(s) you wish to exchange with. For exchanges for items of greater value, an invoice will be sent to you to pay the difference.
We provide two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange
Instant Exchange: Your new exchange order will be created immediately once your return is submitted. You'll be asked to enter your credit card number and a hold will be placed on your credit card. The hold is removed as soon as your product is delivered and processed at our facility. If your return is not in transit within 30 days, you will be charged for the new order.
Standard Exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once your return is processed by our returns facility.
All returns and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center. After your return has been processed, your new products will be on its way to you! You’ll also receive an email confirmation and a follow-up tracking email.
