We are so sorry to hear that you didn’t receive every item in your order! Sometimes your order may be split into multiple shipments so we may suggest checking your inbox or your account page for any additional tracking information that may contain the missing items from your order.
If you're not able to locate a separate tracking number, please reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible with the subject “Missing Product”, a photo of the shipping label affixed to the original package and a photo of everything you received in your order. For us to better assist, please bring to our attention of a missing product within 14 days of the delivery date. After reviewing, we’ll let you know the next steps.
If you purchased an item from another authorized retailer, we recommend that you contact them directly for assistance.
