What should I do if an item was damaged during transit?Updated 2 years ago

I'm so sorry to hear your item arrived damaged! All of our items are carefully packaged at our warehouse before it's shipped out to prevent any damages during transit, but in the case an item in your order has arrived damaged, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, description of the damage, and an image of the damaged item!

If you purchased an item from another authorized retailer, we recommend that you contact them directly for assistance.
