What should I do if I received the wrong product?Updated 2 years ago

We are so sorry to hear that you received an incorrect product. While we aim on 100% accuracy in packing and shipping, we understand that mistakes can happen. Please contact us at [email protected], with the subject “Wrong Product”, include a photo of the shipping label affixed to the original package and a photo of everything you received in your order. After reviewing, we’ll let you know the next steps. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery for us.
