Absolutely! If your order is eligible for a return, feel free to start your return by visiting our Returns Portal by clicking here.
Just enter your order number and select the specific item(s) and quantities you are returning. You’ll be able to receive a prepaid return label to use for your return. Please note our return policy requires all items to be unused, sealed products in their original packaging.
We offer an optional coverage fee of $0.99 to cover shipping and handling fees. Please note this coverage fee is only available for orders placed on our website.
Should you wish to not opt-in for the coverage fee, please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the additional shipping and handling fees.
Once your return has been received at our fulfillment center, we will process a refund of the return, minus original shipping fees.
**Returns for orders that qualified for the Buy 3, Get 1 Squishmallows discount and the Buy One, Get One 50% Off I Am Wash Off Masks, please note the return price will be adjusted based on how the discount was distributed among the items purchased with the discount code.
**Orders placed on Facebook or Instagram are final sale and are not eligible for a return.
