My tracking number is not updating, can you help me?Updated 8 months ago

If your tracking number has not been updated after 2-3 business days of you receiving your tracking confirmation email, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number. The earlier the notice and the more information provided, the better we can assist you in finding a solution for you.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and national holidays so your order might just have been right at the cut off point for delivery pick ups, and will be shipped out the next day. This might cause a delay in your tracking number not updating.
