What is your Returns Policy?

United States Orders: 

All items purchased directly from tonymoly.us may be accepted for a return/exchange. If you have purchased our products from a retail partner or a store NOT affiliated with our website, please contact them directly for further assistance. 

We appreciate your support and your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% sure about your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused, sealed products in their original packaging within 30 days of the sale date. Once your return has been received, our team will review the condition and issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Products that have been opened/used or are missing the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

All return refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center. Please note, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the additional shipping and handling fees.


Please note that original shipping charges, Gift Cards, and items marked as “FINAL SALE” in the description are not refundable. In addition, orders shipped to APO addresses are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. 


Note: We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund request if, after inspection, the returned products do not comply with this return policy or we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behavior that may compromise our return policy or terms of use.


Note for U.S. Territories and APO Addresses:
While we value all our customers, including those in U.S. territories, due to the complexities and costs associated with shipping to these areas, orders shipped to U.S. territories (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) and APO addresses are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage customers in these regions to review their orders carefully before finalizing them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


Canada Orders: 

Unfortunately, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. We apologize for the inconvenience!
